Introducing Sparkcentral’s New Navigation Pane
We just wanted to remind you that starting tomorrow, the way you access conversations, analytics, and settings in Sparkcentral is changing.

What’s new?
Previously, access to all areas of Sparkcentral was via tabs at the top of the window. Now, most of these access points are in a new left navigation pane.

What’s not changing?
The features and functionality of conversations and settings have not changed.
